March on!

Hi all,
I just wanted to continue to communicate that my skin is still clear. My diet is really not that restrictive anymore but I do tend to do less tomato sauce, less red meat, less wine, less night shades. But I am still clear. Hopefully this gives hope to the folks that are wondering when they do clear will they have to be on a weird diet for life. The answer is, not really.

  2. After 6 weeks or so I started to see changes. You can look at the posts yourself to see the progress. And yes I did flare a couple of times.

  3. Yes, if you follow the meal plan, the exercise plan, and keep it up for 3 weeks, I firmly believe you can lose 10 pound. I think
    you could follow the 3 week diet plan to lose 15 pounds.
